- Change of mind: 30 days from delivery, if unused and sealed in its original packaging. You pay for tracked return shipping.
- Damaged or defective: Email support@outboundoutdoor.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and a video as proof. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit/refund; no overseas return is required.
