- Shipping: Free tracked shipping to the US. Ships within 1–5 business days. Most orders arrive in 8–20 business days from the order date (1–5 days processing + 7–15 days delivery). Remote areas and peak seasons may take longer.
- Duties & taxes: All import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees are 100% the customer's responsibility (the customer is the Importer of Record) and are not included in the price.
- Change of mind: 30 days from delivery, if unused and sealed in its original packaging. You pay for tracked return shipping.
- Damaged or defective: Email support@outboundoutdoor.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and a video as proof. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit/refund; no overseas return is required.
